Annual General Meeting
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Lake Resources NL (ASX: LKE) (the Company ) advises that the 2024 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company has been scheduled for Thursday 21 November 2024.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of a director. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director closed on Thursday, 3 October 2024.
