Lloyd Fonds AG acquiring stake in a leading financial services specialist

Hamburg-based investment fund initiator Lloyd Fonds AG intends to acquire a
stake of around 20 percent in financial services distributor Feedback AG.
The share is expected to be acquired via fresh equity issued from the
company’s authorized capital. Also domiciled in Hamburg, Feedback AG has
operated as a holding company since 2006 for various financial retail
services mainly in the segment of closed-end funds. Feedback-Group works
according to the Best Advice Principle. With placed equity of more than
200 million Euros in 2007 it is one of largest independent retailers of
closed end funds.

For Lloyd Fonds AG, this strategic investment marks a further step in its
growth and diversification process along the value chain. With its stake in
Feedback AG, it will gain improved access to independent retailing. At the
same time, Feedback Group will benefit from greater access to Lloyd Fonds’
projects and products while continuing to pursue an independent product
selection strategy.
