Lloyd Fonds AG: Provisional consolidated net profit of EUR 1.6 million for 2015

Hamburg, April 19, 2016. According to provisional calculations, Lloyd Fonds AG posted consolidated net profit of EUR 1.6 million in 2015, thus operating profitably for the third consecutive year. Compared to the previous year, sales rose by 14 percent from EUR 10.0 million to EUR 11.4 million, while consolidated net profit doubled over the previous year (2014: EUR 0.8 million). At the end of the year, Lloyd Fonds AG had 66 funds under management with equity of around EUR 1.5 billion. This favorable performance was materially underpinned by income from asset management as well as revenues from the structuring and placement of transactions for professional investors, a business segment which was expanded substantially last year. Cash and cash equivalents stood at around EUR 10.2 million as of December 31, 2015, thus rising by more than 30 percent over the previous year (EUR 7.6 million).
