Lloyd Fonds AG trebles EBT to EUR 2.1 million in the first half

– Half-year report confirms the previously communicated figures of 30 June 2016

Hamburg, September 28, 2016 Lloyd Fonds AG has published its interim report for 2016, confirming the provisional figures released on 20 July. The Hamburg-based investment and asset manager announced that earnings before taxes (EBT) were trebled to EUR 2.1 million compared with the same period of the previous year (EUR 0.7 million). The increase is attributable to the rise in high-margin earnings as a result of two major transactions in the real estate segment. The resultant consolidated net profit of EUR 1.8 million was confirmed, as was the forecast for the full year at the top end of the range between EUR 2 million and EUR 3 million. The Group’s liquidity resources are comfortable at EUR 10.5 million (EUR 8.3 million in H1 of the previous year) and it is thus well-positioned for the further development of its strategy for the future.
