Extension of the authorisation to buy back shares in connection with performance share and free share plans

Lagardère SCA today entered into a third amendment to the agreement signed with an investment services provider on 1 August 2019 to buy back its own shares in connection with its share buyback programme, which was authorised by the Company's General Partners and shareholders on 10 May 2019.

Pursuant to the amendment, the authorisation to buy back shares is extended until 31 October 2019 at the latest.
