Half-year liquidity contract statement for Lagardère SCA

Under the liquidity contract signed between Lagardère SCA and Kepler Cheuvreux, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account on June 30th 2014:

• 127,000 Lagardère SCA shares
• € 1,973,165.64

For information, at the time of the last assessment on December 31 st 2013, the following resources were available:

• 121,500 Lagardère SCA shares
• € 7,997,534.14
