LACROIX GROUP 3 RD QUARTER ACTIVITY REPORT Financial Year 2016-2017

The LACROIX Group posts a revenue of €110.8M for the third quarter, slightly higher (+0.9%) than the previous year. The trends observed in the third quarter are in line with forecasts of a moderate growth in revenue, and a more significant increase of the Profit From Operating Activities over the financial year.

Highlights:

• ➢ LACROIX Electronics: a stable revenue in the third quarter (+0.4%), as the higher customer demand did not generate extra revenue due to the shortage of some components (allocation).
• ➢ LACROIX Sofrel: a lower revenue over the period (-4.3%), which does not jeopardize the forecasts of a low growth in the financial year.
• ➢ LACROIX City: a further increase in the third quarter (+5.3%) of the growth experienced in the first half-year (+5.5%). Over the quarter, all three business units contributed to this increase with LACROIX Sogexi (Street lighting) still driving the growth, + 25.7%, whereas LACROIX Signalisation and LACROIX Traffic posted increases of +0.9% and +2.2%.
