The managers of Satuit are Mr Babin and Mr Babin’s spouse. Strategic Natural Resources LLC (“SRN”) is owned 50% by Satuit. Mr Babin is one of the two sole managers of SNR and all decisions of SNR are made by unanimous agreement of the managers. Hamilton Place Associates LLC (“HPA”) is owned 40% by Satuit. Mr Babin is one of the two sole managers of HPA and all decisions of HPA are made by unanimous agreement of the managers.
