Lachlan Star Limited (ASX: LSA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Lachlan Star Limited (‘LSA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of LSA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 29 January 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The trading halt is requested until an announcement is made to the market regarding a proposed capital raising and is expected to be made before the opening of trading on Friday, 29 January 2021.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
