Company Secretary appointment/resignation

Lachlan Star Ltd (ASX: LSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Russell Hardwick as Company Secretary, effective 2 December 2024. Mr Hardwick is a CPA, with over 20 years’ experience in the resources industry, is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a graduate of the Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Daniel Smith has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary also effective from 2 December 2024.

Non-Executive Chairman Gary Steinepreis said “On behalf of the Board, I would like to acknowledge and thank Daniel for his contributions and wish him well in his future endeavours. We also take this opportunity to welcome Russell to the team.”

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, the Company confirms that Mr Hardwick will be responsible for the Company’s communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
