Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Labcorp Holdings Inc. (NYSE: LH), a global leader of innovative and comprehensive laboratory services, announced on October 8, 2025 that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.72 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 11, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 26, 2025 . A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
