ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING: PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE OF MEETING AND FILING OF DOCUMENTS

Rome, April 9, 2025 - La SIA S.p.A. ('La SIA' or the 'Company'), a company operating in the engineering & design sector, whose shares are traded on Euronext Growth Milan, hereby announces that the notice of call of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Company convened in first call for 24 April 2025 at 11 a.m., at the Gianni & Origoni Law Firm in Via delle Quattro Fontane, 20, 00184 - Rome (RM), and, if necessary, in second call on 28 April 2025, same place and time, has been published on the Company's website at www.investors.lasia.it, at the authorised storage mechanism '****' available at and, in extract, in the daily publication 'La Repubblica'.

Furthermore, it should be noted that the annual financial report for the year 2024 is available to the public at the Company's registered office and on the Company's website at www.investors.lasia.it, which includes, inter alia, the draft financial statements as at 31 December 2024, the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2024, the management report of the Board of Directors, as well as the reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Independent Auditors, the proxy forms and the illustrative report of the Board of Directors on the items on the agenda.

The Company
