In addition to the 118,536 PTM ordinary shares transferred in satisfaction of the exercise of 118,536 PTMAA rights, a further 31,878 PTM ordinary shares were transferred to satisfy the dividend equivalent payments attaching to the 118,536 exercised PTMAA rights.
