Manager Transfers Options in PAI
The investment manager, Platinum Investment Management Limited (PIML), has advised the Platinum Asia Investments Limited (PAI) Board that, effective 19 April 2017, it transferred 14 million (28%) of its 50 million options in PAI to a sophisticated third party investor. PIML continues to hold its substantial cornerstone investment of $50m shares in PAI.
The PAI board is delighted by the strong interest being shown in the company and would like to remind remaining option holders that their opportunity to exercise will expire shortly, on 15 May 2017.
