Platinum Asset Management Limited closes IPO at near double the minimum capital sought
Platinum Asset Management Limited ( PTM ) has successfully completed a capital raising of A$292.9 million for listed investment company, Platinum Asia Investments Limited ( PAI ).
The offer closed on Monday, 7 September 2015 and the PAI shares and options will be allotted tomorrow, 15 September 2015 with statements sent to shareholders on 16 September 2015. PAI will be admitted to the ASX official list on 18 September 2015 and will commence trading on Monday, 21 September 2015.
