Kyoto Group AS: New share capital registered
Oslo, 22 February 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by
Kyoto Group AS (the "Company") on 14 February 2023 regarding the final result of
the subsequent offering, where the board of directors of the Company resolved to
issue 141,182 new shares. The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance
of the 141,182 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
Following this, the Company's registered share capital is NOK 359,709.39 divided
into 11,990,313 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.03.
