Additional Explanations

Şirketimizin 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ilişkin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun ("SPK") II - 14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği"ne uygun Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TFRS) esas alınarak hazırlanan ve bağımsız denetimden geçen finansal tablolarına göre net dönem kârının 381.018.531,00 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu ("VUK") hükümleri uyarınca hazırlanan yasal finansal tablolarına göre ise 313.971.083,67 TL olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu yasal net kârdan başkaca ayrılacak herhangi bir özel karşılık olmadığından belirtilen tutar 313.971.083,67 TL Yasal Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Kârı olmaktadır.

29.770.000,00 TL genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılması sonrası kalan tutar ile bu tutara olağanüstü yedeklerden 14.362.651,12 TL ilave edilerek toplam 300.000.000,00 TL'nin 46.000.000,00 TL sermayeyi temsil eden pay sahiplerine , hisse başına brüt 6,52174 TL tutarındaki kâr payının 31.12.2025 tarihine kadar dağıtımı önerisinin 20.06.2025 tarihinde yapılacak olan 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulmasına oy birliği ile karar verildi.
