Additional Explanations

Yönetim Kurulumuz 28/02/2020 tarihinde toplanarak , kar dağıtmaya ve dağıtım zamanının 15/04/2020 olmasına karar vermiştir.

Şirket Kuruluşu esnasında Kurucular arasında dağıtılmak üzere bedelsiz ve nama yazılı (300) üçyüz adet hisse çıkarılmıştır.

Bu hisseler, her biri 0,0005 TL lık paydan yirmi adet alan kurucuya bir adet verilmek suretiyle dağıtılmıştır.

2019 yılı kurucu pay başına kar BRÜT : 3.743,93 TL, NET: 3.182,34 TL dir.

2019 yılı toplam dağıtılacak kar tutarı brüt 11.933.828,60 TL olup,10.810.649,00 TL pay sahiplerine,1.123.179,60 TL Kurucu pay sahiplerine ,
