Kumba shareholders are advised that the following documents are to be published today, Friday, 10 April 2026 on Kumba's website, https://www.angloamericankumba.com/investors/annual-reporting/reports-archive/2026

  • Audited annual financial statements ('results') for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (which were published on SENS on 19 February 2026)*;
  • Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting together with the summary consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 ('AGM Notice'), as distributed to shareholders on Friday, 10 April 2026;
  • Integrated Report 2025; and
  • Sustainability Report 2025.

*Any investment decisions should be based on the consolidated audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025

1. NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the twentieth annual general meeting ('AGM') of shareholders of Kumba will be held in hybrid format, virtually as well as in in-person, at the Kumba Iron Ore Corporate Office in the Imbizo Auditorium, 144 Oxford Road, Rosebank on Tuesday, 26 May 2026 at 10:00 (CAT) to transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM.
