(Germany), informed KUKA Aktiengesellschaft that as of November 28, 2014 it
holds an interest of 24.09% (8,601,308 shares) in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft.
Furthermore, J.M. Voith GmbH & Co. Beteiligungen KG informed us that it
holds Financial Instruments according §§ 25, 25a of the German Securities
trading Act (WpHG), which together represent voting rights of 1.01%
(361,480 voting rights). Taking into consideration these Financial
Instruments, the total interest of J.M. Voith GmbH & Co. Beteiligungen KG
in KUKA Aktiengesellschaft equals 25.10% (8,962,788 votings rights).
