On November 26, 2018, the Supervisory Board of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft and the CEO of the company, Dr. Till Reuter, have agreed that Dr. Reuter terminates his office as Executive Board Member in December 2018. Peter Mohnen, until now the CFO of the company, will interim chair the Executive Board from December 6, 2018 onwards.
