KUKA extends CEO's contract / appoints new CFO

In an extraordinary meeting today, the Supervisory Board of KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft resolved to extend Dr. Till Reuter's appointment to the
Executive Board as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft
in advance of the contract expiry date. Dr. Reuter's term of office as CEO
will thereby be extended to five years, ending April 25, 2015.

Furthermore, the Supervisory Board resolved at today's meeting to appoint
Mr. Peter G. Mohnen to the Executive Board as the member responsible for
finances and controlling (CFO) of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft. Mr. Mohnen's
appointment is for three years effective August 1, 2012. Mr. Mohnen will
take over from Mr. Stephan Schulak at that time.
