Mr. Peyn R. Dinandt and Mr. Helmut Gierse have advised KUKA
Aktiengesellschaft in writing that they will step down from their positions
as members of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft's Supervisory Board effective the end
of the company's Annual General Meeting, to be held on April 29, 2009.

Their resignation will clear the way for the election of Mr. Bernd Minning
(Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH) and Dr. Till Reuter (Rinvest AG) to the
Supervisory Board of KUKA Aktiengesellschaft by the company's ordinary
Annual General Meeting on April 29, 2009.
