On December 16, 2025, a total of 2,585 Valmet shares have been returned free of
consideration to Valmet Oyj according to the terms and conditions of the
Deferred Share Plans 2023-2025 and 2024-2026. Originally, the shares were
transferred to the participants after the performance periods 2023 and 2024 of
the plans.
Including the returned shares, Valmet Oyj now holds a total of 297,014 treasury
shares, which represent approximately 0.16 percent of all Valmet shares.
