The Board of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg, the Issuer,hereby provides an update to its notices from 25 January 2022 and 29April 2022 on 'Information about the dates for filing periodicalreports in 2022'.

As previously reported, with the ongoing russian invasion of Ukraineand covid resurgence in Europe affecting both the Issuer and theIssuer's Ukrainian and Luxembourg auditors, the publication of theAudited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31December 2021, initially scheduled for April of this year, had to bepostponed. Meanwhile, the Un-audited Consolidated FinancialStatements for the year 2021 had been published on 30 April 2022.

The Board is now pleased to inform that the Audited ConsolidatedFinancial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 were issuedon 13 October 2022, and_#160;shallbe disseminated to the general public today, 17 October 2022.

Additionally, in conformance with the EU Regulation on EuropeanSingle Electronic Format, applicable to financial years starting 1January 2021, the Audited Consolidated Financial Statements of theIssuer for the year ended 31 December 2021 were prepared in theEuropean Single Electronic Format (ESEF).

Therefore, both PDF (regular) and xHTML (ESEF-compliant) versions ofthe Audited Consolidated Financial Statements will be available onthe Issuer's website_#160;at thefollowing link_#160;_#160;http://www.ksgagro.com/investment/financial-reports/reports-for-2021/.

The Board wants to_#160;further_#160;pointout that, the additional work performed by Luxembourg auditors inaccordance with the requirements of the ESEF Regulation, alsosignificantly contributed to the delay of the auditors' report.

Finally, the Issuer's Interim Financial Statements for Nine Monthsof 2022 are scheduled for publication no later than 15 November 2022.
