TheBoard of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg _the "Issuer"_ hadpreviously informed that, due to delays caused by the ongoingcoronavirus measures imposed in the countries where the Issuer haspresence, publication of the audited consolidated annual report for 2019had been postponed until 31 May 2020. Meanwhile, the Issuer's un-auditedconsolidated annual report for 2019 had been published on 28 April 2020.Asof 31 May 2020, Issuer's component audits have been completed and arebeing reviewed by the group auditor in Luxembourg. The Issuer expects toreceive the group audit report in June
