The Board of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered inLuxembourg ("the Issuer") hereby informs that the sowing campaign ofsunflower on the area of 8.5 thousand hectares and corn on 1 thousandhectares has started in the farms of the Issuer._#160;The startof the sowing campaign was scheduled for April 17, 2022, however, due totemperature conditions and taking into account the level of humidity, itwas postponed to a later period._#160;According to preliminaryforecasts, the completion of sowing is scheduled for May 20, 2022.
