TheManagement Board of KSG Agro S.A., with its headquarters in Luxembourg(_quot;Company_quot;) informs that on 11 th July 2022 a letter of intent wassigned between the Company and Makarony Polskie S.A. (_quot;Letter ofintent_quot;), concerning the determination of the principles of establishingbusiness cooperation by the parties in the field of trade in rapeseedand sunflower oils and grains, as well as cooperation in other areas ofagricultural production.Theintention of the parties is, in particular, to establish cooperationregarding the import of rapeseed oil and sunflower oil from Ukraine,their processing and marketing in Poland and or in third countries. Theletter of intent does not constitute a binding agreement, but onlyexpresses the will to start talks on mutual cooperation of the partieswithin the scope and on the terms set out therein.Thevalidity period of the Letter of Intent referred to above has not beenspecified.
