TheBoard of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg ("the Issuer") herebyinforms that it starts processing rapeseed and sunflower in Ukraine forfurther bringing the oil to the consumer standard directly in the EU.Thewar in Ukraine is forcing agricultural producers to change theirstrategies, looking for new sales channels for agricultural products.The blockade of Ukraine's seaports due to Russia's military aggressionmakes traditional logistics chains and export supplies of grain and oilagricultural products impossible. In these circumstances, the Issuerbegins processing rapeseed and sunflower in Ukraine for export. At thesame time, after finishing the oil and packing directly in the EU, theIssuer could export ready-to-consume products.TheIssuer has already signed several contracts with oil refineries inUkraine. Negotiations are currently underway with European partners onthe refining oil, its packaging in PET bottles in EU countries forfurther sale, both in the EU and in other countries.
