KSG Agro S.A. — Capital/Financing Update 2021

Management Board of KSG Agro S.A. based in Luxembourg ("the Issuer")announces that TASkombank (Ukraine) has increased credit lines for theIssuer's subsidiaries to a total of UAH 522 million (USD 18.5 million).Credit lines are multi-currency (hryvnia / US dollar) and are validuntil the end 2024.

The purpose of increasing the credit lines is to refinance foreigncurrency debt and, if necessary, replenish the working capital of theholding companies. Increasing the credit lines is another element of thestrategy of securing the Issuer against currency risk and productiondevelopment.
