In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 06th October, 2025 regarding fixation of Record Date on 28th October, 2025 for the purpose of sub-division/split of existing equity shares of the Company from 1 (One) equity share of face value of ₹10/- each into 10 (Ten) equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each, we wish to inform that the Company has received confirmation from the depositories regarding the new ISIN allotted for the fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each, as under:
