Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Information regarding change in Directors of the Company

Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Shareholders of the Company at the 60[th] Annual General Meeting, held on 03[rd] September, 2024, approved the following changes in the Directors:

1. Ms. Simi Davis (DIN: 09752318), Non-Executive Director, who was due for retirement by rotation at the Annual General Meeting held on 03[rd] September 2024 and who did not opt for the re-appointment, ceased to be the Director of the Company w.e.f. 03[rd] September 2024.

2. Retirement of Mr. Verghese CV (DIN:00779894) as Independent Director of the Company with effect from 24[th] September 2024 upon completion of his term.

3. Appointment of Mr. Shaji Puthenpurayil Jacob (DIN: 10647012), as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation, with effect from 03[rd] September, 2024.

4. Appointment of Mr. K. Hari Kumar (DIN: 00388466) as Independent Non-Executive Director for a period of five consecutive years from 25th September, 2024 to 24th September, 2029.

5. Cessation of Director Mr. P.D. Anto (DIN : 00106965) with effect from 03[rd] September, 2024.
