Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 25[th] February, 2026, inter-alia, unanimously approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajeev Jayantiprasad Jain as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years with effect from 01[st] July, 2026 subject to approval of the Members of the Company.

The Board Meeting commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:15 p.m.

Mr. Jain also holds directorship positions in several companies in India, including KSB MIL Controls Limited, KSB Tech Private Limited and Pofran Sales and Agency Limited.
