In terms of Regulation 29 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Wednesday, 25[th] February, 2026, inter alia,

1. to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31[st] December, 2025;

2. to consider recommendation of Final Dividend on equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025, if any, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Further, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 01[st] January, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31[st] December, 2025, for all the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons/ Connected Persons of the Company.
