The Management Board of Kruk S.A. (the "Company") announces that onFebruary 7th 2017 the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław,6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, registered anincrease of the Company's share capital, effected through the issue ofSeries G ordinary bearer shares, and amendments to the Company'sArticles of Association.

Post registration, the Company's share capital amounts to PLN 18,744,216and is divided into 18,744,216 shares with a par value of PLN 1 pershare.

Following the registration of the share capital increase, the totalnumber of voting rights conferred by all 18,744,216 shares issued by theCompany is 18,744,216. KRUK S.A.'s share capital currently comprises:

•2,692,220 Series A ordinary bearer shares,

•11,366,600 Series AA ordinary bearer shares,

•1,250,000 Series B ordinary bearer shares,

•491,520 Series C ordinary bearer shares,

•1,100,000 Series D ordinary bearer shares,

•843,876 Series E ordinary bearer shares,

•1,000,000 Series G ordinary bearer shares.

Also, further to Current Report No. 3/2017, the Management Boardannounces that the amended text of the Company's Articles ofAssociation, published therein, becomes effective upon registration ofthe amendments, i.e. on February 7th 2017.
