The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that onMarch 5th 2025 the credit rating agency S_P Global has confirmed theKRUK Group's corporate rating at 'BB-' with a stable outlook.
At the same time, the Company informs about the decision to terminatethe contract with the Agency.
