Zarząd KRUK S.A. (Emitent) przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości korektę skonsolidowanego rozszerzonego raportu za okres od 1 stycznia do 30 września 2020, opublikowanego przez Emitenta w dniu 5 listopada 2020 roku. Korekta jest konsekwencją omyłki pisarskiej w przekształconych danych porównawczych za okres od 1 stycznia do 30 września 2019 roku w jednostkowym sprawozdaniu finansowym KRUK S.A.. Jednocześnie Zarząd Emitenta informuje, że korekta nie ma wpływu na skonsolidowane sprawozdanie finansowe Grupy KRUK za okres od 1 stycznia do 30 września 2020. W wyniku dokonania korekty zmianie uległy dane przekształcone za okres porównawczy.

Subject: Correction of interim report for Q3 2020

Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Public Offering Act – Current and periodic information

Text of the report:

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") publishes a correction of the complete consolidated quarterly report for the period from 1st January 2020 to 30th September 2020 , issued by the Company on November 5th 2020. The correction resulted from typographical error in the recast interim condensed financial statement of KRUK S.A. The Management Board of KRUK S.A. informs that the adjustment does not affect the KRUK Group's consolidated financial statements for January 1st - September 30th 2020. As a result of the adjustment, the data converted for the comparative period have changed.

The above changes were included respectively in the points: Financial Highlights, Changes in accounting policies, Income tax.
