AS AN INDEPENDENT MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., with its registered office at ul. Senatorska 18, 00-082 Warsaw, Poland, entered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under No. KRS 8579, with a share capital of PLN 78,000,000, paid up in full, holding Tax Identification Number (NIP) 521-29-71-343, acting on behalf of Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (the "OFE"), entered in the Register of Pension Funds maintained by the District Court in Warsaw, 7th Division, which is a shareholder in KRUK Spółka Akcyjna (the "Company"), holding at least one-twentieth of the Company's share capital – further to the registration of the OFE Fund for attendance at the Annual General Meeting of the Company and to the item of its agenda providing for the appointment of Supervisory Board members – hereby nominates Jacek Poświata for appointment as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the Company at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 May 2026.

We further request that the Company publish Jacek Poświata's nomination to the Supervisory Board promptly on its website and by way of a current report, so as to enable other shareholders to review the OFE's intention and the candidate's profile.
