Text of the report:

The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that on May15th 2025, it passed a resolution on its proposal for the SupervisoryBoard regarding allocation of the Company's net profit for 2024 and onits recommendation for the General Meeting the payment of dividend ofPLN 18.00 per share to the Company's shareholders. The remaining amountof Company's net profit for 2024 the Management Board recommends toallocate to the statutory reserve funds.

The recommendation to pay a dividend and the recommended dividend amountare consistent with the Dividend Policy adopted by the Management Boardon December 2nd 2021, as reported by the Company in Current Report No.55/2021.
