The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that on 2ndDecember 2022 it was notified that its subsidiary, InvestCapital Ltd.,of Malta, had won the tender to purchase an unsecured retail debtportfolio from Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. The portfolio facevalue is approximately EUR 663m (or PLN 3,1bn at the mid-rate quoted bythe National Bank of Poland for 2nd December 2022). The relevantagreement related to the tender will be announced by the Issuer promptlyafter its execution in a separate report.
