(the "Company") announces that onAugust 24th 2018 it was notified that the Company's subsidiary PROKURANS FIZ had won the tender to purchase an unsecured retail debt portfoliowhich face value is approximately PLN 274m and SME secured debtportfolio which face value is approximately PLN 214m from one of thelargest banks in Poland. The relevant agreement related to the tenderwill be announced by the Company promptly after its execution in aseparate report.
