The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that onSeptember 28 2016 it was notified that its subsidiary, ItaCapital S.r.l.of Milan, Italy, had won a tender to purchase an unsecured debtportfolio on the Italian market. The portfolio's face value isapproximately EUR 930 m (or PLN 3 996 396 000 at the mid-rate quoted bythe National Bank of Poland for September 27 2016). The relevantagreement related to the tender will be announced by the Companypromptly after its execution in a separate current report.
