Having been notified, on April 26th 2024, of the preliminary estimate ofthe consolidated net result of the KRUK Group for the first quarter of2024 , the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") has decided toannounce the results to the public:

- estimated consolidated net profit of the KRUK Group for 1q2024 was:PLN 338m;

- estimated cash EBITDA of the KRUK Group for 1q2024 was: PLN 604m;

- estimated net debt to cash EBITDA ratio of the KRUK Group on the endof 1q2024 was: 2.3;

The above figures are subject to change.

The unaudited financial data will be disclosed in the KRUK Group'sconsolidated report for the first quarter of 2024, scheduled forpublication on May 8th 2024.
