Having been notified, on August 24th 2022, of the preliminary estimateof the consolidated net result of the KRUK Group for the half-year of2022, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") has decided toannounce the results to the public.
The preliminary estimate of the KRUK Group's consolidated net profit forthe half-year of 2022 is PLN 489m.
The above figures are subject to change.
The finally determined financial results will be disclosed in theconsolidated report of the KRUK Group for the half-year of 2022,scheduled for issue on September 7th 2022.
