Having been notified, on October 27th 2022, of the preliminary estimateof the consolidated net result of the KRUK Group for the third quarterof 2022 , the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") has decidedto announce the results to the public.
The preliminary estimate of the KRUK Group's consolidated net profit forthe third quarter of 2022 is PLN 188 m and for the period from January1st to September 30th 2022 is PLN 677m.
The above figures are subject to change.
The finally determined financial results will be disclosed in theconsolidated report of the KRUK Group for the third quarter of 2022,scheduled for issue on November 8th 2022.
