Having been notified, on August 31st 2021, of the preliminary estimateof the consolidated net result of the KRUK Group for the half-year of2021, the Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") has decided toannounce the results to the public.
The preliminary estimate of the KRUK Group's consolidated net profit forthe half-year of 2021 is PLN 396m.
The above figures are subject to change.
The finally determined financial results will be disclosed in theconsolidated report of the KRUK Group for the half-year of 2021,scheduled for issue on September 8th 2021.
