(the Issuer) announces that today it received from PiotrKrupa, President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A., and other Membersof the Management Board of KRUK S.A., i.e. Urszula Okarma, AdamŁodygowski, Piotr Kowalewski and Michał Zasępa, notifications oftransactions referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR (Notifications).The transactions involved subscription for warrants for the year 2024issued as part of the 20212024 Incentive Scheme by the Management Boardof KRUK S.A. The Notifications are attached to this report.
