(the Issuer) announces that today it received from PiotrKrupa, President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A., and other Membersof the Management Board of KRUK S.A., i.e. Urszula Okarma, AdamŁodygowski, Piotr Kowalewski and Michał Zasępa, notifications oftransactions referred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR (Notifications).The transactions involved subscription for warrants for the year 2023issued as part of the 2021_#8722;2024 Incentive Scheme by the Management Boardof KRUK S.A. and sale of shares by the Member of the Board. TheNotifications are attached to this report.
