KRUK S.A. (the Issuer) announces that today it received from PiotrKrupa, President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A., and other Membersof the Management Board of KRUK S.A., i.e. Urszula Okarma, PiotrKowalewski and Michał Zasępa, notifications of transactions referred toin Article 19(1) of the MAR (Notifications). The transactions involvedsubscription for warrants for the year 2019 issued as part of the2015−2019 Incentive Scheme addressed to key management staff of theCompany and other KRUK Group companies. The Notifications are attachedto this report.
