(the Issuer) announces that today it received from PiotrKrupa, President of the Management Board of KRUK S.A., and other Membersof the Management Board of KRUK S.A., i.e. Urszula Okarma, AgnieszkaKułton, Iwona Słomska and Michał Zasępa, notifications of transactionsreferred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR (Notifications). Thetransactions involved subscription for warrants for the year 2017 issuedas part of the 2015−2019 Incentive Scheme addressed to key managementstaff of the Company and other KRUK Group companies. The Notificationsare attached to this report.
